Scope of Service
Egzon Shala provides structured guidance and emotional clarity programs. These services are educational and supportive in nature, not medical or clinical treatment. They do not replace therapy, psychiatric care, or medical intervention.
Emergency Disclaimer
This service does not provide emergency or crisis support. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services immediately (911 in the US, 112 in Europe).
Payment Terms
- All programs require full payment in advance
- Payments are non-refundable once the program begins
- Clarity calls (€60) are credited toward any program if you enroll within 7 days
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut
Scheduling & Cancellations
- Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are charged in full
- No-shows forfeit the session
- Programs can be paused once for up to 2 weeks with advance notice
Communication Boundaries
- Voice note support is available Monday-Friday during business hours
- Response time is within 24 hours on business days
- Emergency support is not available - please use local crisis services
- Communication should remain respectful and program-focused
Intellectual Property
All program materials, worksheets, and resources remain the intellectual property of Egzon Shala. They are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide valuable guidance and support, results cannot be guaranteed and vary by individual. Egzon Shala is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of these services.
Agreement
By booking a session or enrolling in a program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of service.
